I went
in search of a dry cleaner who would provide quality service in
the care of my clothing items, as well as friendly customer service.
Upon checking into several different businesses, I came across
Crest Cleaners in Ashland, Ohio.
I
decided to call Crest Cleaners, and to |

fortune the owner-operator, Holly Pearson, answered the telephone
that morning. She was
very friendly and informative right from the start!
I asked her about the policy and procedure by which she and
her staff use to wait on a customer and process their dry cleaning.
She answered all of my questions, shared with me that she
is a third generation dry cleaner, and invited me to stop in at
her facility anytime.
I drove to Ashland two weeks later, walked into her establishment
and was very impressed with the individual attention and care that
her staff gave to each and every customer as they waited on them. As I waited for my turn, I watched as the staff matched the
order tickets with the items that were being picked up, in a very
organized and professional manner. |
